You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish. Deans and Homer offers water overflow and plumbing backup in addition to living expense coverage in the standard policy.)

friendly and welcoming. Moving in was an easy process, and the communication with management was great! Being part of a pet friendly community was key. Having a balcony, big vanity, and two walk-in closets were major bonuses. The parking here is fair. I have not had any issues with finding parking. The neighborhood is safe, and they even have security patrolling at night. I feel safe and comfortable here. It's great!! :)"
